foreign quite a lot of resources available to students from the day they express interest into ASU until the day they graduated but student accessibility and inclusive learning Services as well as the 360 Live Services you’ve got on top of that Career Services support and the success coaching as well as the academic advisor I remember when I first learned about the career services I submitted my resume and they received and then they did the review thing and they sent me back a feedback from my resume like these are the things that you need to fix you better change this and that it was really helpful one of the online student services that I made sure to make use of throughout my degree was the success coaching it actually helped me stay motivated and I was able to always vent and get an advice on what should I do next success coaches are amazing in the sense of they are trained to sense the level of Engagement of a learner the key is to provide the needed guidance for the student throughout the entire process so they don’t feel left out they don’t feel isolated think of the success coach as a non-academic Mentor that is assigned to the learner from the daily enrolled until the day they graduate it’s more important than ever to create a sense of community among fellow Learners you want to make the effort and invest in connecting with people and making friends I got to join some communities online communities on Facebook on slack on Discord we got to help each other we can ask questions all the time students can answer and they can help and after that I found the sorority as well ASU online services made it very easy for me to not work with other students and get to know what is it like for them in their work and their studies we helped each other a lot and I feel that this is very important skill and it’s really what I look for in my day-to-day life the issue is built on inclusion and part of that inclusion is not differentiating between an online and on campus program and online students would have the same faculty duration number of credits even the diplomas and the transcripts are identical these are all resources available for the student to be and that’s the key here we want the student to be successful
