hi I’m Sabrina I found the course really helpful because it gave me 52 tools to choose from that I can apply in my day-to-day parenting and different tools are helpful at different times but what I found really useful was establishing correction connection before correction that was a really really good tip and taking time to cool down before you problem solve because you know we all lose it sometimes so just hearing that annoying that was very helpful when children feel better they do better so in the course we’ve learned that this is why punishment is very punitive and it doesn’t really work for children how can you make them feel worse and expect them to do better so there was a whole bunch of things that was really really wonderful in one word if I had to describe the course I would say it’s fantastic I would encourage every parent to do the course because I think as teachers you are trained and as child care workers you’re trained
