we take an ecosystem approach to career connected education which means that we work with universities we work with professors as we always have we work with corporations increasingly as corporations are the source of demand for the labor market we view that the labor market is fundamentally inefficient and broken at this point in time so wiley’s role is helping the employer to get the talent that they need in order to succeed in an increasingly competitive fast-moving world and to help universities and other education providers including ourselves to deliver the education such that we can help learners and workers develop the skills they need to succeed in this very competitive labor market
